1. Overview
We ship directly from our farm in Molise, Italy. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on shop.bellcasolino.eu.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on courier operations, peak seasons, and (for international orders) customs clearance.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During harvest periods or peak demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Processing time refers to preparation and dispatch and does not include transit time.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Italy
- European Union
- Selected international destinations available at checkout
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing the order.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):
- Italy: 2–5 business days
- EU: 3–7 business days
- International: varies by destination and customs processing
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to couriers, remote areas, weather, or customs.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and the selected shipping method. The final shipping cost is displayed before order confirmation and payment.
If a shipping quote cannot be calculated automatically for your destination, please contact us for a custom quote.
6. Tracking & Delivery Attempts
Where provided by the carrier, tracking information will be available via email and/or in your account order history.
If delivery fails due to recipient absence or incorrect details, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot. Any additional costs for redelivery or return to sender may be charged to the customer.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or control these costs and delays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products can be legally imported into the destination country.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged, we recommend signing with reservation (where possible) and taking photos of the outer packaging before opening.

9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect address details, reshipment may require an additional shipping payment.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, or governmental measures.
